About the artist/teacher:
Ines Chammaa began embroidering at the age of 11 after receiving her first kit from her mother. She later paused this craft during her university years, but rekindled her passion after deciding to take a Palestinian tatreez workshop during the ongoing genocide - recognizing tatreez as an act of cultural preservation and resistance.
Ines now creates both tatreez pieces and jewelry, all shared under her brand @esrayadesigns
